REGISTRATION

Review and learn our process from start to finish before bidding.

Participation in any Revcrafted auction requires a verified account. Registration is free and straightforward — simply create your profile with a valid email address and personal information. Once approved, your account is active and you may begin bidding on any live auction immediately.

Registration ensures that every participant on our platform is a real, accountable person. This protects sellers from bad-faith bidders and gives all buyers the confidence that they're competing in a legitimate environment.

The Process

HOW BIDDING WORKS

CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Register on Revcrafted and complete verification. This one-time process unlocks access to every active and upcoming auction on the platform.

BROWSE LIVE AUCTIONS

Explore current listings across vehicles, parts, accessories, and collectibles. Each listing includes photos, full seller disclosures, condition notes, and auction end times.

PLACE YOUR BID

Found something worth competing for? Enter your bid amount. Bids must meet the current minimum increment. You'll be notified instantly if you're outbid, giving you the opportunity to respond.

WIN THE AUCTION

When an auction closes, the highest qualified bid wins. If a reserve price was set and met, or if you exercise the Buy It Now option, the item is yours pending payment.

RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE

Upon winning, Revcrafted will issue you an invoice within a short window after auction close. Review your invoice carefully for item details, total amount due, and payment instructions.

COMPLETE PAYMENT

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of invoice receipt. Failure to pay within this window results in forfeiture of the win and a permanent ban from future auctions.

RECEIVE YOUR ITEM

Once the seller ships and tracking confirms delivery to your address, your transaction is complete. If your item is not received, contact Revcrafted immediately — before funds are released from escrow. Revcrafted facilitates the transaction of the auction. Revcrafted does not guarantee product condition, which is the responsibility of the host of the auction.

Bidder Obligations

BIDDER RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Revcrafted enforces this policy strictly. Late or failed payments result in forfeiture of the winning bid and a permanent ban from all future auction participation.

All bids are binding commitments. When you place a bid on Revcrafted, you are entering into a financial obligation contingent on winning. Do not bid unless you are prepared and financially ready to complete the purchase.

Payment is processed through Revcrafted directly. Funds are held in escrow until the seller ships the item and tracking confirms delivery at your address. You are never paying the seller directly.

Inspect your item promptly upon arrival. Once tracking confirms delivery, the payment release window opens. If you identify a discrepancy, contact Revcrafted's support team immediately before the release window closes.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or manipulate bidding activity is prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. By registering on Revcrafted, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into binding financial contracts in your jurisdiction. Revcrafted reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Tax obligations are the sole responsibility of each participant. Revcrafted does not advise on sales tax, use tax, or income tax obligations arising from transactions conducted on the platform. Revcrafted collects sales tax in Florida, which is the state in which we operate.
