Everything you need to know before listing or entering a Waffle — our peer-to-peer raffle program, powered by Revcrafted.
01 WHAT IS A WAFFLE?
A Waffle is Revcrafted's peer-to-peer raffle feature. Any registered Revcrafted member in good standing can list a product for raffle — setting the ticket quantity or duration — and the platform handles entry management, random winner selection, invoicing, and payout facilitation from start to finish.
Revcrafted uses a certified sweepstakes platform to power all Waffle campaigns. Winner selection is performed via the platform's audited, automated random-draw system, ensuring every participant has a fair and equal chance based on the number of tickets held.
Revcrafted acts solely as a neutral facilitator of these transactions. We do not manufacture, inspect, own, or guarantee the products listed in any Waffle. All representations about the item are made by the raffle originator.
02 ELIGIBILITY
All participants and raffle originators must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or listing.
You must hold an active Revcrafted account in good standing. Suspended or banned accounts are ineligible to submit or enter any Waffle.
Revcrafted employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in or originate Waffles.
Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where paid raffles, sweepstakes, or similar contests are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your location.
Waffles are void in any jurisdiction where not permitted under applicable law. Participants outside the United States are not permitted to enter.
03 SUBMITTING A WAFFLE
Any eligible member may submit a product to be raffled ("Waffle Originator"). You are required to provide accurate product information, clear photos, and any relevant condition or defect disclosures. Misrepresenting a product is grounds for immediate removal and potential account suspension.
Originators must set one of the following raffle parameters:
Specify a maximum number of tickets to be sold. The raffle closes automatically once all tickets are purchased.
Specify an end date and time. The raffle closes at that time regardless of how many tickets have been sold, provided the minimum ticket threshold has been met.
Every Waffle displays a clearly defined minimum ticket threshold. If a time-based raffle reaches its end date without meeting this threshold, the raffle is cancelled and all purchasers receive a full refund. No draw occurs on a raffle that has not met its minimum.
Originators agree to honor the raffle outcome. Withdrawing a product after the raffle has gone live — without cause — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any platform fees paid.
- Adult content, sexually explicit material, or items intended for adult use
- Controlled substances, illegal drugs, paraphernalia, or any item that facilitates drug use
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or items regulated under federal or state weapons laws
- Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods of any kind
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or items that cannot be legally shipped via standard carriers
- Alcohol or tobacco products
- Live animals
- Any item prohibited by Revcrafted's broader platform policies
Revcrafted reserves the right to review, delay, or reject any Waffle submission at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.
04 TICKET PRICING & PURCHASE
Ticket pricing is set by the Waffle Originator at the time of submission and must be approved by Revcrafted before the Waffle goes live. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
If Revcrafted or the Originator cancels a Waffle before the draw, all ticket purchasers receive a full refund.
If a time-based raffle closes with fewer than the minimum required tickets sold, Revcrafted reserves the right to cancel and refund all participants.
Purchasing a ticket is never required to enter a Waffle. Free Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) are available for every active Waffle, for the full duration of the raffle. Free entries carry identical odds to purchased tickets.
Hand-print your full name, email, address, and Waffle ID on a postcard with ones sentence stating "I am entering [insert raffled title]. Mail to: Revcrafted Waffles AMOE, [address provided in official rules]. One entry per postcard. Must arrive before raffle close.
AMOE entries that are illegible, incomplete, or received after raffle close will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted- entries must be hand written. Revcrafted is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
05 WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION
All winners are selected by our automated random-selection system upon raffle close. The draw is fully automated and uninfluenced by Revcrafted staff or the Waffle Originator. Free AMOE entries are included in the same draw pool as purchased tickets and have equal odds of winning.
Your odds equal the number of entries you hold divided by the total entries in the pool. Each Waffle listing displays the current ticket count in real time so participants can calculate their own odds at any moment.
Every winner selection is screen-recorded at the time of the automated draw. This recording is retained as proof of authenticity and may be shared publicly or made available to participants upon request.
The winner will be notified via their Revcrafted account contact information within 24 hours of the raffle close. If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, Revcrafted reserves the right to conduct a secondary draw.
As required by Florida law, Revcrafted maintains a public Winners List of all completed Waffles. To request a copy, email support@revcrafted.com with the subject line "Winners List Request." The list is published on revcrafted.com/waffle-winners within 30 days of each draw.
By participating, winners consent to Revcrafted's use of their first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes. Winners in jurisdictions prohibiting mandatory publicity consent may opt out by contacting support@revcrafted.com within 48 hours of notification. Opting out does not affect eligibility to receive the prize.
06 WINNER & PAYMENT
WINNER CONFIRMED
Once the raffle is complete, the winner is chosen by our automated platform and contacted for verification.
ORIGINATOR SHIPS PRODUCT
The originator has 72 hours from confirmation of winner to complete shipment of product and provide tracking information. Failure to ship and confirm product during this window can result in cancellation of raffle.
PAYMENT HELD IN ESCROW
Funds are held by Revcrafted until the item is confirmed delivered to the winner per carrier tracking records. Funds are not released to the Originator at time of payment.
PAYOUT TO ORIGINATOR
Upon confirmed delivery, the net payout is released to the Waffle Originator within 3–5 business days. Revcrafted retains a 11% platform fee from total proceeds. This covers platform infrastructure, raffle administration, and all payment processing — no hidden charges.
Winners and Originators are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Revcrafted will issue required tax documentation (e.g., 1099 forms) where required by law. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.
07 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
72-HOUR SHIP WINDOW
Once the winner is confirmed, the Waffle Originator has 72 hours to ship the item and provide a valid carrier tracking number to Revcrafted. This window is firm and begins at the moment confirmation is issued.
FAILURE TO SHIP — WINNER REFUND
If the Originator fails to provide a valid tracking number within the 72-hour window, the entrants' payment is refunded in full. The Originator's account will be suspended pending review, and Revcrafted reserves the right to permanently ban repeat offenders.
REVCRAFTED SHIPPING LABEL (OPTIONAL)
Revcrafted may, at its sole discretion, provide a prepaid shipping label to the Originator. Originators using their own carrier are responsible for all shipping costs and must still submit a valid tracking number within the 48-hour window.
TRACKING VALIDATION
Revcrafted monitors all shipments via the submitted tracking number. Delivery confirmation via the carrier's tracking system constitutes final delivery verification for payout release purposes.
Once a package is in the possession of the carrier and tracking is confirmed, Revcrafted's responsibility for the item ends. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages are subject to the carrier's own claims process. Revcrafted strongly encourages Originators to purchase adequate shipping insurance for high-value items.
08 DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
Revcrafted is a marketplace facilitator and platform provider only. We do not own, inspect, warrant, or guarantee any item listed in the Waffle program. All product descriptions, condition disclosures, and representations are made solely by the Waffle Originator, who bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of those representations.
By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge and agree that:
- Revcrafted is not a party to the underlying sale of the product and bears no liability for item quality, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in these rules
- Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of tickets sold relative to tickets purchased
- Revcrafted's liability is limited to the amount of the ticket purchase price paid by the participant
- Disputes between winners and originators regarding item condition are the responsibility of the involved parties and are not adjudicated by Revcrafted
Revcrafted reserves the right to amend these rules, cancel any Waffle, or suspend the Waffle program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to legal, regulatory, or operational concerns.
Any disputes arising from the Waffle program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Participants agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Florida rather than in a court of law, except where prohibited by applicable law.
