HOW SWEEPSTAKES WORKS

Review and learn our process from start to finish before you submit your product.

Ready to put your parts or automotive collectible in front of serious buyers? Submit your listing below and our team will review your submission, confirm the details, and coordinate a start time with you directly. Revcrafted sweepstakes are available to U.S. residents only. All sellers must have a valid U.S. address and ship within the continental United States.

Submit Your Listing

Fill out the form below with your item’s details, condition, pricing preferences, and photo references. Be thorough — accuracy is everything. We do not accept illegal, racial, or sexual submissions.

We Review & Confirm

Our team reviews your submission for completeness and accuracy. We’ll reach out via email to confirm your listing and establish an auction start time.

Sweepstakes Goes Live

Once confirmed, your listing goes live on Revcrafted’s platform for registered buyers to discover and compete for.

Ship & Get Paid

When the sweepstakes closes and payment is received, you have 48 hours to ship using our provided label (unless otherwise noted for larger items). Funds are released once delivery is confirmed.

Seller Responsibility Notice: Item condition, accuracy of description, and all claims made about the product are the sole responsibility of the seller. Revcrafted verifies listing completeness, not product condition. Misrepresentation may result in permanent suspension from the platform.

Commission Policy — 9% Platform Fee: Revcrafted charges a 9% commission on the final sale price of every completed sweepstakes. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s gross proceeds prior to payout. No commission is charged if a sweepstakes closes without a sale.
